The new year has started and things are in motion. Dell Med recently got accreditation as a medical school and we shared out a study done in partnership with the Downtown Austin Alliance !

We’re Getting Social 

It’s the start of the year and we’re getting prepped for our third annual Central Texas Health Innovation Social! Last year we had over 230 people from around Texas and across the globe join us to learn more about our Affinity Network Partners and the growing hub of insight and collaboration emerging in Austin’s Innovation District

Across The Affinity Network

Our Affinity Network is comprised of six of the region’s premier hosted programs for health and life science companies in Central Texas. They provide wet and dry lab space, office and coworking, access to specialized equipment, mentorship and access to professional services, workforce support, and a sense of community. 

ClearCam Receives FDA Approval & Joins ABI

Last Network News we shared ClearCam received a Health Innovation Award. This time we’re sharing that Clear Cam received their FDA approval! Claps to the team showing how #AustinInnovates.

The team has also joined Austin Bioscience Incubator. They will begin manufacturing their device in ABI’s ISO8 clean room space.

MedtoMarket member company, KnowRX, is currently up for several awards and honors. Fingers crossed for this local medication adherence app.

A&M New Ventures Competition

The 6th annual Texas A&M New Ventures Competition application process comes to a close on Sunday, March 1. The state-wide competition is open to technology- or science-focused independent ventures in the pre-seed/seed, start-up, or early growth stages.  In the first five years, TNVC has given out over $1.5 million in cash prizes to startups from across our state.
